Cellwatch Trouble shooting for Repeating Values.

Repeating Values             

1. There are repeating values on (system) indicating that it is disabled on the cellwatch.
2. Stop and Start Cellwatch and check for errors. If there is a CU error, then there is likely a break in the DCM fiber loop on this unit.
3. We then recommend a physical inspection of the DCMs to look for any loose or disconnected fiber on the DCM's.
4. If Cellwatch starts without error, then right click on each string, and select Enable if it is an option. Inform CPG when this has been completed.
