
Cellwatch Trouble shooting for Repeating Values.
Repeating Values
- There are repeating values on (system) indicating that it is disabled on the cellwatch.
- Stop and Start Cellwatch and check for errors. If there is a CU error, then there is likely a break in the DCM fiber loop on this unit.
- We then recommend a physical inspection of the DCMs to look for any loose or disconnected fiber on the DCM's.
- If Cellwatch starts without error, then right click on each string, and select Enable if it is an option. Inform CPG when this has been completed.
CPG can provide a MOP on how to troubleshoot. (Request CU Error MOP if needed)
