
Cellwatch Troubleshooting for DCM not reporting data.
DCM unit not reporting new data
A. The DCM on batteries (xxx) are not reporting new data.
B. Please reset power on the DCM by disconnecting and reconnecting the brown or white lead. DCM likely hung up.
C. Once complete, stop and restart cellwatch application and check for errors.
If issue still persists, further troubleshooting is needed. Reach out to CPG if assistance is needed.
